Is what you hear from the people in the village. 

"The bear must have killed them" - some people have been missing for weeks

Now, the beast has appeared. 

The huntress went after it hoping to get to its lair.

They need help, you are around and they offer the gold.

That damned bear is a simple pamphlet adventure to use for one-shot games, specifically designed with Cairn RPG in mind. However, it can be easily translated to any OSR-kind of game.

This pamphlet features a cavern, four NPCs, a bear and some other creatures with a singular theme around it: a ritual of immortality.
